INGREDIENTS –
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Cumin seed
- ΒΌ tsp asafoetida
- 1 onion medium sized finely chopped
- 1 tomato
- 1 tsp red chilli
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 cup Vermicelli
INSTRUCTIONS –
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida.
- Add Onion, Ginger and garlic and fry till Onions become translucent.
- Add Tomato and fry till they turn mushy.
- Add Turmeric, Red chilli, Garam masala and Salt and mix well.
- Add Gobhi, Gajar and Matar and cook for 10 mins on simmer. Stir occasionally.
- Add Vermicelli and cook for 10 mins. Don’t stir or else vermicelli might get mushy.
