If you are a crackers with hummus kind of person (like me, high-five), then you’re at the right place. This recipe serves you both without having to dip everytime which makes this snack a comfort snack to another level. On the top of that, we have some fresh juicy tomatoes along with black olives and Italian seasoning sprinkled on top. It’s as yummy as it sounds. And to complete all of it just put fresh mint leaves on top and you are in for a delightful treat.
For this appetizer, I used Monsoon Harvest Buttermilk and Millet Crisp Baked Crackers which are crispy and has a mild hint of spice and flavour which works perfectly when you have so many toppings. These crackers are delicious in and of itself but also tastes incredible when which toppings.

Veggie Hummus Crackers Recipe
- 2 medium tomatoes
- ½ cup hummus
- 1 pack of Monsoon Harvest Buttermilk and Millet Crisp Baked Crackers
- 1 tbsp Sliced Black Olives
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
HOW TO MAKE VEGGIE HUMMUS CRACKERS
- First, on a cracker, apply hummus generously.
- Then, on top of that, add chopped tomatoes, sliced black olives and fresh mint leaves.
- Finally, sprinkle some Italian seasoning on top and serve.
