INGREDIENTS –
For cooking/ boiling noodles –
- 200 gm of noodles
- 5-6 cups of water
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
For veg noodles –
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 5 cloves of garlic, crush
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 green chillies, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned or finely chopped
- 1 capsicum, julienned or finely chopped
- 1/4 cabbage, julienned or finely chopped
- 2-3 spring onions, chopped
- 4-5 fresh beans, chopped
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
- Salt to taste
- Sesame seeds to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS –
For cooking noodles –
- Boil water in a pan. Add noodles, salt and oil in it and boil till noodles become soft.
For veg noodles –
- In a wok or pan heat oil. Add ginger, garlic, spring onion and onion and saute until translucent.
- Add all veggies like carrots, cabbage, capsicum, spring onion and french beans and saute for 5 minutes on low heat.
- Add boil noodles.
- Add vineger, soy sauce and tomato sauce.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
