Sweet Chilli Paneer Broccoli Cabbage is a much healthier version of classic Indo-Chinese Chilli Paneer. The goodness of broccoli and cauliflower adds to the nutritional value of the dish. We do not the paneer and so it tastes fresh and soft and adds to the flavour.
INGREDIENTS –
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4-5 ginger cloves, crushed
- 1-inch ginger
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 250 gm Paneer, sliced in cubes
- 250 gm Broccoli and Cabbage, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS –
- In a wok or pan heat oil. Add garlic, ginger and saute till it turns light brown.
- Add tomatoes and saute till mushy.
- Add vinegar, soy sauce and tomato ketchup.
- Add broccoli and capsicum and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add salt, red chilli and pepper.
- Finally, add paneer cubes and serve hot.
