Now that summer is transitioning into monsoon here in India, I thought it’s a perfect time to share one last popsicle recipe of this season. So, what more refreshing than the classic summer combination of lemon and mint? I wanted to keep this recipe very simple and fresh. Therefore we just 3-4 main ingredients which are as simple as honey, lemon, mint and salt. And that’s it! you just have to mix it all together and freeze. And these Honey Lemon Mint popsicles are ready!
Importantly, one thing that I have to mention is that you have to keep the measurement of every ingredient on the higher side, higher than what you would have in a drink. Because as far as popsicles are concerned, the mixture has to be more concentrated to taste flavourful in a frozen form. So just keep that in mind, make these awesome summer treats and enjoy with your family and friends. 🙂
Additionally, If you like this Honey Lemon Mint Popsicles recipe, I am happy to let you know that I have many other amazing popsicle recipes on my blog.
