INGREDIENTS –

  • 1 medium sized beetroot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pomegranate, peeled and deseeded
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed

INSTRUCTIONS –

  1. In a blender, add beetroot, orange, carrot, pomegranate seeds and blend until and smooth paste is made.
  2. Add frozen bananas and water depending on how thick you want the smoothie to be.
  3. Pour in a glass jar and add salt to taste and serve with ice cubes and a straw.
