INGREDIENTS –
- ½ cup cucumber, chopped
- 1 medium green apple, chopped
- A handful of mint loves, chopped
- 5 almonds
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp maple or date syrup (non-vegan option – honey)
- Few pomegranate kernels for garnishing, optional
INSTRUCTIONS –
- Blend all the ingredients in a mixer grinder until smooth.
- Serve with pomegranate kernels garnishing.
